I used to use protein powder supplement daily. Now I don't even think of it. It's great to use the tools available to get you through this early stage, and instead of feeling bad about it, I suggest an option is to feel proud that you are empowering yourself about using a specific tool, to reach a specific goal. That's pretty great! (BTW I like Jay Robb whey protein powder, but there are tons of excellent ones on the market.)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
