Cheese x 5 slices through out the afternoon ....
1/3 Mystic Pizza (frozen variety)
5 smallish, swedish, Apple Oat Crisps with 1 c skim milk
Lots of Crystal lite Peach Iced Tea
Assessment - WHERE ARE THE VEGETABLES? Where are the fruits? Carbs.... TONS ...
