Weekly Weigh in... and Measurements

Down .1 and still not in the 180's... I am not deterred. I will stay the course. I also measured today and have lost an inch on my waist and 1.5 inches on my hips. 

I am in this for the long haul. This is my eating plan for life... Low-ish carb, intermittent fasting, 1500-ish calories and MFP. In three months if I need to change some things I will, but I want to give this structure some time. I know I lose weight painfully slow... and it's frustrating because I gain weight so easily. I'll work through the feelings and try some patience and kindness.

Today I'm prepping some meals for the rest of the week, making an appointment to get my hair cut and catching up on laundry. Later on, I'm going to the gym.

I know the lack of a big change can be frustrating but as we all know, weight loss is never linear. Losing inches is HUGE and that's what it's all about, too, so great job on that. Also losing weight from the waist in particular is important for body shape and health.

Glad to hear you're going to get your hair cut, I hope that will make you feel great.
