I'm still going to be accountable this week -- or that is my intention. I broke the fast with eggs, little cheese and coffee. I feel full right now (almost uncomfortable?).

I'm back on my 5-mile race training plan. I ran 3 last night, mostly running and at a 6 vs. 5 on the treadmill. I really hate the treadmill, but it was raining and trail would be muddy. The dog would want to come and I'd be stuck with a wet mop for the night... I'm a little tight this morning. Later today - when it stops raining - I'll do a 2.5 mile hill work out on the road - high intensity - fun.
