WEDNESDAY NOT WASTED...

Today is my "day off" and the kids are on their last day of midterms. Their schedules are off; the teen has no school at all and the little one is done at 10:30. This creates a little chaos in my day, but I still want to assemble a list and make sure it's all crossed off by the end of the day.

Yesterday I went to the gym.

As you can see, there was much more walking than running, but I did what I intended to do - get there and cover a minimum of 2 miles. Today I'm going back with the goal of beating my Average pace and run/walk a minimum of 3 miles.

My eating goal today is no food after 7 p.m.
