This is day 2 of crazy ass schedules and I am barely functioning. I feel like I could pass out at any moment; I'm moving in slow motion...

The U2 concert last night was FABULOUS!! It was my 5th time to see them and will go down as one of the best! The downside of a night out on a work night is not enough sleep, but it was worth it. (I have to keep telling myself!) Yesterday I was up at 3:45, bed at 12:30 and up again today at 4:00 a.m. 4 hours and 3.5 hours of sleep in two days does not fill me up. I am not in my twenties... I can no longer hang...

The upside (if there is one) is that I completed week 4 of Body Pump/Spin and the streak continues! I was super weak this morning for legit reasons, but I'm growing more frustrated that I haven't been able to see the results of my efforts. It will eventually happen, I'm just impatient.

Thank God the sisters have mapped out a mere 28 miles this weekend. My legs are shot so I am grateful for the rest. We have 2 weeks til PMC and I don't feel as prepared as I have in years past, but I know I can do the distance, I know it will all be OK.

For now I just need to sleep.

Yup, you do need sleep, think of it like a nutrient. Also I keep reading how important it is for weight loss, that nothing will happen without adequate sleep. Hope you can catch up on your sleep this weekend.
