Yesterday was a good day, though my weight was up a half pound this morning. I know my lower weight yesterday was due to weighing the morning after FAST day and I hope to see it drop through the next week since I'm all about accountability. I hit my step goal 3 days in a row... a new streak has begun... maybe? The weekend is jam packed and I have no run Saturday since I'll be at a horse show. I'm packing lunch; spending way too much time thinking about what will go in the cooler. The little one is still vegan... This is so impressive - her steadfastness. The show is filled with rich fit moms (me not included) so I shouldn't be tempted by the food truck.
