I know this. I ate out a lot last week and even with healthy choices I finished the week with a 14 point deficit. It was not typical - there were a lot of special out of the ordinary events. I did well with my choices (regardless of how the points added up). I logged everything.
This morning I hopped on the scale to see a 1 lb - unofficial - loss. My WW weigh in is tomorrow night. I'm fine with a pound. I'm working harder this week; I really want to make some headway - at least get off the weight I gained since April (6 pounds).
It's totally possible. Every week gives me a new opportunity...

A pound a week is a decent loss. Consistency is more important than speed to the finish line.
