Going away tomorrow with the DH and feeling pretty stressed. I'm trying to work through the angst and not let irritability set in because nothing good can happen if I start yelling. My kids joke with me about which one will be responsible for the "weed" and who will post the party invite on their Instagram...Funny...
We celebrated the little one's 15th this morning with our traditional Cake for Breakfast! Her actual birthday is Sunday; and the first one I'll miss, so in addition to the stress I'm also feeling guilty... nice. (Oh, no cake for me...)
And the DH just called because he's worried about what WE got for a housewarming / hostess gift for the friends we're visiting... Really? That's it? *sigh*
I ate too much last night... It wasn't a binge, but more of an extended grazing which, when I finally entered in my food log, equaled 47 points! That's too many for you non-WW people.
So yeah, I'm going to do my best to reign it in, not drink too much, not blow my diet too badly. It's never easy when you are at a friend's house or eating out. But I'll do my best...
