Weigh Day and October Goal

This is what I weighed yesterday morning. And it was 185 last night at my meeting.

This is pretty much what I expected. I wasn't perfect by any means, but I was making better choices - using NO thank you more often and didn't drink!   I know the no drinking thing saved me a lot of points!

I didn't do much in the exercise department - other than steps / walking my dog and I'll just keep working at that. My goal is to get through this weekend without having a panic attack (not kidding). The teen is a little more stressed with school, her little accident, and the responsibility of taking care of my sister's house (she lives 30 miles away) plus our fluffy friends. I'm definitely feeling that negative energy and trying my best to not let it suck me in...

I have my own stuff to fret about....

And I'm going to keep following the plan.  I didn't not hit my goal for September - I wanted to lose 6 pounds and ended up with just 3.6. Certainly that's not a bad thing and I'll work harder in October to best that amount. My October goal is to get into the 170s and to run 3x week (even just a mile!)

I need to really think about and set some goals for October. Anything is better than how I did in September! *shudder*
