This week felt LONG and a blur... I can't believe I was ever away...
And it's Columbus Day Weekend . We've got two rain free days and a "chance of" Monday... I'm thinking about a hike though I'm weary of making any solid plans - the kids are unpredictable. The DH doesn't have the holiday so Monday will be all for me. He's been kind of a butt this week; more selfish and out of touch, but I know he's got a lot on his mind - his dad's going to have an operation and his mother is being a jerk. They live far away so - GUILT.
And you would think that he'd be more involved with his own family, more thoughtful, more interested... and nope... sigh.
As for food and fitness - My goal is to get up early in the morning and walk the DOGS at least 2 miles- we're sitting for our neighbor's lab Izzy. She's sweet, but a little on the chubby side. I'm going to make sure the teen is up and ready for SATs and then head out with the little one to her horse show for the day. I will have fruit and other approved snacks. Last time I made the mistake of eating too many almonds for too many points and zero satisfaction. That won't happen tomorrow. I'm not going over my daily points!
And I'll make sure to do the same Sunday and Monday and Tuesday!
I will lose weight this week.
