Always on the radar - what I'm putting in my mouth. It's a good thing to think about - what constitutes a serving? It's a good thing to consider if I'm hungry; if it's worth the points. I've really changed how I eat and definitely how much. Apparently even when I had ZERO control over options this past weekend, I was able to keep my weight in check. It seems so simple... I don't know why I'm so surprised that mindfulness actually works?!
I have another busy weekend on tap. Horse show; SATs for the girls and another week that I won't be able to run with my friends. Both sisters are away so it wouldn't have happened regardless, and I really just look forward to next week when things are back to "normal".
BUT - I WILL RUN THIS WEEKEND!
I am SO out of shape. I haven't been to the gym in weeks. I get my steps for the most part, but that's it. Not good. I hope that I can update this post with good sweaty news. I know how good it feels when you have a solid work out under your belt!
