I ran a lot this morning! The group broke into 2 where we usually pick up the run from our brisk walk warm up. My sister and I were a pair and she has a goal to run the full 5 mile course Christmas morning so she pushed me harder than I thought I could run; and it's all in my mind - I had a great workout, probably 3.5 of 5 miles at a decent pace. My goal is to run at least once during the next week. Saturday morning is not enough!
Now onto dinner out tonight and my girls are watching our friends kids - plus Clover 2.0, their 5 month old Golden Retriever. Yes, the house will be trashed when we get home tonight, and trashed until I get home from yoga tomorrow night. It will be OK. I have to let that shit go!
And I have to eat well, only when hungry and only real food...I want to turn things around and see a loss!
