I went to spinning yesterday. My instructor is 2 weeks away from delivery of her 4th child. She is in crazy shape, and I felt a little loser-ish for working at 75%. My legs felt so weak from the ride Sunday. I was so glad I went. It really makes me feel better to exercise and especially spin. I don't have to think about being coordinated (like with zumba or step) or where I am going (like running) or if I'm going fast enough (like on a treadmill). The room is dark, the music is moving, and you just spin...
