Detox Day 2

I actually had a great food day yesterday. I  ate yogurt for breakfast, lunch and after dinner (I know it's a lot of yogurt but its the only quick food in the house - I really need to shop!) For dinner I bought a roasted turkey breast and put together a salad with homemade vinaigrette.  I had a medium 2% latte in the afternoon. I wasn't really focused on fitness (there were a lot of kid issues) so I only managed 7800 steps. Today I will hit 10K (promise). I got a lot accomplished at work and big plans for my "un-day-off" tomorrow - Spin and then cleaning one room... I really need to tackle the tween's lair - major clutter overflow... There will be many 'executive decisions' about what will be thrown out / donated and she'll just have to get over it. Even though  the sleep was crappy last night, I pray the energy I've had will be sustained. I really need to feel that sense of accomplishment that has been lacking these last months....

congrats on the great food day! good luck with organizing tomorrow, it can be exhausting work but also gratifying and satisfying, when you have your end product.
