Checking in...

I am transitioning back to my hypnotist's eating plan:

  • No nuts, fruit (except lemons and limes), grains, potatoes, processed food, sweeteners (real or fake)
  • Siggis yogurt only (it has more protein than carbs)
  • Eat when hungry, not when not...
  • Everything you eat you eat with meat... 


It's a pretty simple program that I do of my own free will. I want to lose weight and regain that healthy - in control - feeling. I WANT THIS FOR ME. I DESERVE TO FEEL GOOD.

There is no "last meal" or "final binge". Just do it...Monday's session will re-enforce what I already know and plant the seed in my subconscious to stop craving foods my conscious mind chooses not to eat. I am in control.

I had a stand by breakfast this morning - yogurt with chia seeds. It was Chobani blueberry (not Siggis) but they'll be gone by Monday. I prepped veggies for dinner tonight and had fried eggs while the girls ate grilled cheese sandwiches. I cut up celery for snacking (since I won't eat fruit). I bought cooked chicken breasts for salads (and to have with celery). I'll boil some eggs when I get out of work today so that I'll have a "meat - go to". Setting myself up for success.

Yesterday I was sluggish, but pulled out a good spin class. I walked 11K steps and did a short set of weights - biceps/triceps, lunges, squats and planks.... I'll do it again tomorrow as today is crazy day when I pretty much live in my car until bedtime. Saturday I'll run with my sisters and Sunday is the launch of the Summer RPM Spin Series which I would love to make....

As usual the kids have their own plans, but hoping to have a good first weekend back from vacation and enjoy the sunshine! I finally feel like things could be turning around for me.

Perfect way to go into the re-charge appointment, too.
