Conflicted is always how I feel when we get to this point. The summer is winding down and school is just around the corner. It was a really good summer. I got a lot accomplished at the house, the kids had fun and although I still feel annoyed with my weight, I managed to make it to Body Pump and Spin all summer so I am stronger. Good, but summer is so unstructured - work is all over the place, it's hard to focus without a calendar. Getting the girls back to school helps me to regain that focus.
There are things I want to take on this fall. I want to continue with Body Pump in the mornings at the very least. I can Spin later or work in some other cardio, but BP has to be non negotiable. I hope my kids can rise to the occasion. I want to take a class - Tennis? Painting? something FUN for me. I also want to get my diet together, eat meals with the family at HOME and keep the eating out to a minimum. I'm considering a full session with the hypnotist - not just a tune up. I think I need the full program again. I want to feel how I did a few years back. Now that the medical issues are in check I should be better able to control my weight and maintain.
