Feeling like crap... Sick in the head, heart and I'm sure not sleeping has a lot to do with it. My sister recommended Valarian Root (melatonin makes me spacey). She's our family homeopath. I just have to kick this - I need my MOJO back.
Looking forward to a trip to KRIPALU in mid February. I can't wait to shut the phone off for 2 days and let DH manage the girls... mainly the teen who is testing all of my limits.
