Macros: Fat 49% Protein 30% Carbs 21%
And the slugfest continues... I got my steps in, but calories too high, carbs high and choices not so great. I was craving sweet - quest bar, ice cream cone... I have to get over this hump. I don't no why I feel so unmotivated.
My back is hurting; not sure if it's the minimal amount of raking I did yesterday, carrying too many grocery bags or contorting my body to fix the copy machine at work? Aleve this morning and constant reminders to get up and move around... stretch. I'm sure this has nothing to do with blowing off Body Pump since December...
