Week 3 / Day 1 Review

Monday:
Macros: Fat 67% Protein 22% Carbs 10%
Calories:1,414
Steps: 6,461* (left FITBIT in charger most of the day!)

The day was a good one for Macros and calories, not so much exercise, but I'll take it. Of course this morning, I'm out of eggs, out of Siggis yogurt, and was *forced* to eat a Chobani pineapple though I left the fruit on the bottom. I'm really trying to nix the sugar from my diet. I'm really committed to making this work for me.

Today's goals:
1. Macros, Calories, Steps
2. Plan the Easter Brunch, make a shopping list
3. Pick up for the cleaners!
