Weigh in Wednesday

I knew it wasn't a stellar week. I ate more than I needed, I ate when I was stressed and mad and bored. I can do better. My step average is 11,320; a 3% decrease over the last 28 days. I can do better.

I need to move on. I recognize that weight loss can't happen without effort. Week one was all about focus; and Week 3 was all about winging it. Focus matters, and that involves pre-planning meals, having food available, not eating out. I will do better. 

I'm going out with a friend tonight so I'll be able to manage pretty easily today. That leaves 6 days of real diligence, one meal at a time... 

Total weight loss since 10/1/2016 is: 6.5 lbs.

Yes yes yes! On the candy free Halloween. Great job! With that temptation and victory, maybe this week was more stellar than you're appreciating.

Do me a favor and give yourself a huge pat on the back. Give yourself some credit for the things you did RIGHT!! 11k steps is AWESOME and I'd give my left lugnut to lose 6.5 pounds in a month! You are killing it, girlfriend - bask in your own glory!!! :)
