Preparing for the Fast

Tomorrow will be my most challenging FAST day yet. We're supposed to get hit with a NE Blizzard (yeah, more snow and cold!) The kids and DH will be home ALL DAY and I will most likely not have to go to work... though I may want to...

AND it's FAST day...

AND it will be hard. Life is hard.

I think I should knit all day to keep my hands busy...

For today, the kids have no school (Teacher Pro Day). The little one wants to get to the gym and although I have a killer cold I need to push my body to do something. Yesterday was kind of a slug fest; lots of laundry as an excuse to watch way too much TV.

I need to mind my FITBIT, log food, and get mentally prepared for what lies ahead...

We are expecting a storm too but rarely are we shut down - I mean rarely is it that bad! And lately, it's never as bad as predicted.

I am completely sick of Winter though.

Thank you for your always kind comments on my blog :)

Hope your Fast Day and Snow Day go well!

You can do it! You're actually making me consider a fast day today, now, too. I am (thankfully) working at home and even though I fully stocked our pantry yesterday, I'm kind of into the idea of a good, full day's fast (I've been doing 16–21 hours generally each day, intermittent fasting). I've been in a really good place with my eating, and happy with the poundage I've lost again, we'll see! I'll at least do the usual 16 hours, which will take me to 1pm to eat again. I might could just wait until dinner to eat! Thanks for the inspiration.
