Just Keep Moving; Keep Trying; Keep at it.

The weekend was EXHAUSTING. In spite of the snow, rain, ice - the show(s) went on! The teen had a final weekend of play performances - DH and I went Friday night. Saturday/Sunday I took the little one to her IEA finals-Team members rode Saturday and she competed Sunday. I opted to make the 75 minute drive from home each day rather than pay for a hotel. We really need to reel in the spending, but the 4 a.m. wake up Sunday morning was tough. In the end, she didn't place which was fine. It's a very tough competition with the top riders in all New England. It's really is an honor just to make it there... And now the season is officially DONE. (yeah).

We *should* be able to get back to a more normal routine. I need to carve out time for ME and my exercise goals. I intend to get my runs in as well as return to regular spin classes/Body Pump? Winter hibernation needs to be over - I feel flabby and I don't like it!

I'm going to stay the course with healthy - mostly Paleo eating and regular weekly weigh ins to keep on top of it. I'll keep the goal of losing 10 lbs in April - knowing it's unrealistic, but wanting grasp something that will spur me to be more disciplined and focused. I wasn't perfect this weekend, but I ate nothing processed; I was very conscious of what I put in my body; and didn't eat too much. We'll see how it all works out Wednesday!
