Pushing the hard sell at GiSfW... now they've mentioned a "Summer 6-week Special for $279"... I initially said yes and then my friend said DON'T DO IT! And I'm not going to do it, though now I have to call again and cancel. I'm really not great with sales people and saying no... I guess that's why they're sales people...
I am going to work a little harder at doing what I know works; recommitting myself to making better choices. I'm sore from the workout Wednesday, it was good - AND I know I could do it all by myself 3 x week. OR I have a gym and Body Pump and Spin AND I have a scale to step on... *sigh*
