Weigh Day....

187.2 - Still up 2.2 from my lowest and not the result I was looking for this week. AND it's a moment in time, I had a few indulgences over the weekend, but it was better than the previous 2 weeks. AND this one will be better. Weigh Day gives me an opportunity to regroup, start fresh and make good choices.

My stress is down and I'm feeling like I can breathe. I intend to walk 3 miles; make a great dinner; and buy some fruit and veggies. I need some "free" things to grab when I feel the urge to eat and can't stop it... It's all about being prepared.
