I joined. I guess - timated my weight and the program did the rest - calculating calories and fitness to get me to thin as fast as possible. All I need to do is log my food and stick to the program... I hit 10 K steps yesterday, which is 2 days in a row... I just checked my stats and I'm walking 16% fewer steps than I was a month ago. I'll chalk it up to daylight savings time being gone, winter creeping, in and I'll do better.
I'm NOT going to be a resolutioner. I working this program now.
On another note, the teen is having a BAD week.
